The location was perfect for a family with kids. We enjoyed a lovely view of the canal from our room, making it memorable. It was easy to explore the area, and the staff was quick to respond to our needs via WhatsApp, which was super helpful.
My wife says that it would be great if there were more options for children's meals available.

Great hotel very near the bus and train station. The Grand Canal is just a two-minute walk, and I loved taking the boat bus into St Marks Square every morning. it made for a picturesque start to the day. The room was spacious, had a nice layout, and the staff were readily available via WhatsApp, providing quick responses and helpful recommendations. Breakfast was enjoyable with tasty coffee and a good selection of options. However, the check-out time at 10:00 felt a bit early, especially after such a comfortable stay. I also found the heating system a bit tricky to control, which made things chilly at times. Overall, I had a great experience but would appreciate minor adjustments in service hours and room amenities.

The shower ran dry or cold unexpectedly, which was disappointing during use. There’s a real need for USB outlets in the room, as well as a mirror and bin. these essentials were noticeably absent. Additionally, the walk from the train station takes around 12 minutes with several bridges and staircases to navigate, which can be quite the workout, especially with luggage. Lastly, the air conditioning struggled to cool down the room efficiently during the stifling summer heat.

This place was a strong match for a short visit in Venice with value for money. The air conditioning worked better than expected, which was a relief in the summer heat. Make sure to bring your power adapter as the sockets may not match your cables.

The location is conveniently close to the city center and perfect for exploring Venice. The spacious suite offered a delightful canal view, and the attentive staff provided quick responses, truly enhancing the stay.
However, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety to match the local flavors, which felt a bit limited.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The staff were super friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, it really was a lifesaver for getting tips around the area! Despite the small bathroom, the provided heated towel rack during winter was a nice touch especially after a long day out.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.
